The Hochschule Harz is anchored in the region and internationally orientated. Intensive maintenance of international relationships is already producing an exciting cosmopolitan flair in Wernigerode. With its international exchange programme and over 70 partner university facilities, the Hochschule Harz offers attractive degree programmes for foreign students. In a nutshell Hochschule Harz (FH) offers the best of both worlds. That is, on the one hand, the advantages of a small town in which one can live in a comfortable and familial environment and on the other hand, students have the great advantage of being located "in the heart of Germany". You can reach the next city quickly and easily: Magdeburg and Braunschweig are less than an hour away. You can get to Berlin, Leipzig and Hannover in 2 to 3 hours.
